Insulation Specialties Contracting, Corp. is one of the main specialty contractors in Puerto Rico that specializes in mechanical & thermal insulation, fireproofing, fire-stopping, industrial coatings and spray-on insulation.

Our excellent relationship with pharmaceutical plants, general contractors, mechanical contractors and construction management firms has given us the opportunity to be part of the biggest construction projects in and outside the country.

For over 35 years we’ve been servicing Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands (USVI) and British Virgin Islands (BVI). The combined experience of our principal officers: Victor Lezcano, Daniel Cardé and Javier Caquías Velázquez, enable us to work on any size of job no matter the complexity.
